Qualifications

• Three years of successful program management experience or five years in an unrelated setting.
• Working knowledge of business financial reports.
• Basic knowledge of gymnastics operations is required; high-level expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to the BGA board and prepare monthly progress reports.
• Lead the team of program coordinators and staff.
• Maximize operational efficiency and budget creation.
• Oversee fundraising and promotional strategies.
• Serve as the primary spokesperson for BGA.
