The Austin Area Chamber of Co is seeking a Gymnastics Director to manage all aspects of the gymnastics program. This full-time role includes coaching the competitive team, overseeing operations, and ensuring high-quality training. Qualifications

• Previous experience coaching competitive gymnastics required.
• Ability to safely spot high-level gymnastics skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a full-time coach for the competitive gymnastics team.
• Oversee all gymnastics programming and operations.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise gymnastics coaches.
• Serve as the primary contact for all parent communication.
• Coordinate team apparel and manage competition logistics.
