Job summary

NCSEA is seeking an Executive Director to lead the association, partnering with its Board to advance the mission, execute the strategic plan, and deliver value to members. You will drive revenue growth, oversee governance, and lead staff excellence while maintaining strong collaboration with MCI USA.

As a member of the NCSEA team, you will steward the account within MCI's portfolio, ensuring a win‑win partnership that delivers measurable results and sustainable value for NCSEA and its members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive association management experience.
• Demonstrated progressive management experience in an association or non‑profit organization.
• Association Management Company (AMC) experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops an overall resource development plan to generate program and operational funding.
• Oversees the Corporate Partner program to maintain relationships and growth.
• Networks with corporate partners and sponsors at conferences to expand revenue opportunities.
• Actively solicits new corporate partnerships and sponsorships aligned with NCSEA’s mission.
• Collaborates to strengthen value proposition for members and partners, including benefits and engagement opportunities.
