Job summary

NCSEA is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization and advance its mission. You will partner with the NCSEA Board to execute the strategic plan, manage staff, and drive revenue growth while ensuring exemplary governance and program delivery.

As part of the MCI USA team, you will steward NCSEA’s account, deliver measurable results, and maintain strong relationships with partners, policy makers, and members, with remote flexibility and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive association management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working with boards, policy committees, and donors.

Responsibilities

• Lead NCSEA as chief staff executive, delivering on mission and strategic plan.
• Oversee budgets, finances, governance, and staff performance.
• Build and sustain partnerships with funders, sponsors, and members.
• Plan conferences and events, including virtual and in-person formats.
• Collaborate with MCI USA leadership to ensure contract success and value.
