The role focuses on transforming programs, investments, and organizational capacity while stewarding public funds and aligning with Maryland's clean energy goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and executive leadership for Maryland Clean Energy Center in line with board priorities
• Oversee daily operations and develop a high-performing leadership team
• Build and strengthen partnerships with government, industry, utilities, investors, and academic institutions
• Direct the development and performance of clean energy programs, financing initiatives, and technical assistance
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, audits, grants, and resource management
• Support governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and transparent reporting
