Job summary

Framingham History Center in Framingham, MA seeks an Executive Director to lead the organization, drive fundraising, and foster community partnerships. Qualifications

• At least five years of progressively responsible leadership experience in a nonprofit, museum, or related field.
• Demonstrated fundraising experience, including grants, donor cultivation, and sponsorships.
• Experience building relationships with donors, foundations, corporations, and community partners.
• Staff leadership, budget oversight, and governance experience with a nonprofit board.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the Framingham History Center.
• Develop and implement strategic priorities with the Board.
• Oversee fundraising, grant writing, and financial management.
• Lead staff recruitment, supervision, and organizational development.
