Job summary

The Montana Nonprofit Association seeks an Executive Director to lead the Tri-County program. The role oversees financial management, budgeting, grant acquisition, fundraising, and program reporting, while supervising key staff and contractors. A Board Representative will coordinate fiduciary accountability.

Telework is acceptable, with some in-person meetings and events as needed. The position offers an annual salary of $82,000 to $84,000, with excellent health benefits and a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Oversee Tri-County program including financial management and accounting supervision.
• Lead grants program, fundraising, budgeting, management and reporting.
• Supervise grants program manager/communications director and fuels contractors; coordinate with accounting services.
