You will guide strategic direction, oversee finances, and strengthen partnerships with government agencies and the board. The CEO will shape organizational culture, develop leadership, ensure compliance, and drive growth in reentry services and behavioral health initiatives, with a mission to improve public safety and outcomes across Montana

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences or Business Management with 5 years of relevant experience in correctional or social services.
• Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences with 8 years of relevant experience in correctional or social services.
• Management and supervisory experience in nonprofit or public sector settings.
• Strong budgeting and fiscal management skills.
• Public relations and stakeholder engagement experience.
