Job summary

The role reports to the Head of Modelling & Quantitative Analytics and shapes transparent, predictive analytics and responsible AI use.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in credit modeling, statistics, validation or equivalent.
• Advanced degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics or equivalent.
• Experience leading global quantitative teams and developing talent.
• Experience with AI models and tools.
• Strategic thinker with ability to execute across teams and simplify quantitative work.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of quantitative analysts and applied statisticians in developing and refining models used in Moody's rating processes.
