Comcast is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Insights & Planning to lead a four-person analytics team responsible for performance analysis, executive reporting, subscriber modeling, and long-range planning. You will translate complex data into concise, decision-ready narratives for senior leadership.

In this role, you will partner with Finance, Strategy, Growth, Marketing, Product, Operations, and BI to align assumptions and prepare weekly growth discussions and monthly/quarterly reviews.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in performance analytics, strategy, finance, planning, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams that support executive-level decision-making.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills for ambiguous problems.
• Ability to translate data into executive-level narratives and recommendations.

• Lead a four-person analytics and planning team focused on performance analysis and executive reporting.
• Own the analytics agenda for executive meetings with KPI interpretation and action recommendations.
• Translate data into concise narratives explaining what is happening and why.
• Develop subscriber models to support long-range planning and budgeting.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and points to influence executive decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, Growth, Marketing, Product, Operations, and BI.
• Lead cross-functional planning discussions on drivers, market dynamics, and mitigations.
• Build reusable analytical frameworks and planning processes for accuracy and speed.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership forums and business reviews.
• Coach and develop analytics professionals, promote rigor and accountability.
