Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage for Sunseeker Resort Florida Gulf Coast. You will lead the resort's F&B operations across restaurants, bars, banquet and catering, optimizing guest experiences and financial performance.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years of progressive F&B leadership in luxury resorts, strong budget, forecasting, and P&L skills, and a proven ability to scale events and guide large teams in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience in a large, luxury resort or similar setting.
• Experience overseeing multiple Food & Beverage outlets, banquets, catering, and events.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasting, labor, cost controls, and P&L management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue and profitability.
• Excellent guest service orientation and ability to lead through change and growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the resort's Food & Beverage division including restaurants, bars, banquets, catering, and events.
• Directly oversee pool operations and recreation within F&B to ensure exceptional guest experiences and financial performance.
• Lead the F&B leadership team and partner with culinary leadership to ensure food quality and cost control.
• Drive revenue, manage annual budgets, forecasts, and labor plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Catering, and other departments to maximize group and event opportunities.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leaders and team members; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
