TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking a Field Technical Engineer for the Flexibles Division, acting as a key technical contact between customers and the company. This remote role is critical in qualifying flexible packaging solutions that enhance safety and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience in flexible packaging equipment service or technical support.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for job-related activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Work with Commercial and Account Development Teams to commercialize packaging opportunities.
• Provide technical service and optimize customer processes.
• Prepare detailed reports for customer visits.

Skills

Knowledge of food packaging equipment

Solid mechanical abilities

Understanding of flexible packaging materials

5+ years in Flexible Packaging equipment service

Knowledge of various equipment types
