Summary

The Executive Director owns Bristol Myers Squibb’s CRM enablement capabilities, defining and executing the CRM product roadmap to deliver coordinated, compliant, personalized engagement across Oncology, Cardiovascular, and Neurology.

Responsibilities
  • Define CRM/Marketing Automation/Omnichannel orchestration product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Align platform strategy to commercialization priorities, therapeutic area launch plans, and omnichannel roadmap.
  • Lead platform configuration, capability build, and optimization (templates, reusable assets, integrations, testing/deployment governance).
  • Manage data structures, tagging/taxonomy/segmentation logic, consent/preferences, identifier usage, and data quality.
  • Integrate CRM/MA with omnichannel orchestration and analytics; enable next-best-engagement/agentic logic; support closed-loop measurement.
  • Drive adoption/training/change management via plans, materials, forums/office hours, and embedding usage into standard ways of working.
  • Ensure compliance/privacy/quality: SOPs, documentation, access controls/audit trails, and issue management (deliverability, data errors, defects).
  • Lead and develop the team; manage vendors/partners/budget; track SLAs and KPIs; quantify business impact and continuously refine roadmap.
Qualifications (required/preferred)
  • 15+ years pharma/biotech/life sciences; strong commercialization operations/field/digital transformation or omnichannel analysis.
  • 10+ years leading cross-functional programs/teams.
  • Bachelor’s required; MBA/MS preferred.
  • Proven leadership developing CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) and integrations with marketing automation.
  • Advanced business analysis and crisp requirements documentation.
  • Experience with offshore analytics/engineering teams.
  • Direct field experience strongly preferred (DBM experience preferred).

  • CRM & Marketing Automation (Veeva, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud; omnichannel campaign design).
  • Product ownership/roadmapping and trade-off decisions.

Compensation / Benefits (if applicable)
  • $269,790–$326,922 base pay range; additional incentives/stock may apply (eligibility-based).
