Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration or related field plus directly related experience
• Experience in a supervisory or management role
• VDSS casework experience with children and families; administrator or supervisor of casework services

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a comprehensive human services organization
• Oversee the department's annual operating budget and regulatory compliance
• Lead an executive leadership team and liaise with boards and county leadership
