Job summary

Alternatives Colorado seeks an Executive Director to guide the ministry into its next season of impact. The leader will build trust, unify staff and volunteers, and serve as a visible ambassador to donors and partners across four Denver-area locations.

The role requires a mature, mission-aligned Christian leader who can steward organizational priorities, lead with humility, and partner with the Board to advance compassionate, faith-based care in a challenging policy environment.

Qualifications

• Spiritually mature with active Christian faith and alignment to the mission.
• Proven ability to lead senior or departmental leaders within a complex org.
• Strong fundraising and donor relationship experience.
• Excellent communication and coalition-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a leadership team and a volunteer network across multiple locations.
• Serve as public face and ambassador to donors, churches, and partners.
• Collaborate with Board and staff to set priorities and strategy.
• Strengthen fundraising, donor retention, and foundation relationships.
• Advocate pro-life values in community, policy, and partnerships.
