Chester County Connect Care is seeking an Executive Director to lead our Christ-centered nonprofit focused on pregnancy services in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The role requires strategic vision, financial stewardship, and the ability to build strong donor and community partnerships.

As chief executive and spiritual leader, you will guide program outcomes, oversee staff and volunteers, and ensure sustainable growth while upholding the ministry's life-affirming mission.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; fields related to health care, communications, or ministry preferred.
  • Minimum five years of senior leadership experience in nonprofit, ministry, healthcare, or social services.
  • Experience supervising staff and volunteers (5+ years preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, team leadership, and community engagement.
  • Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and donor management software (Sage 50 preferred).
  • Ability to lead independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability.

Mission:Leadership is honored to partner with Chester County Connect Care (CCCC) in the executive search for a mission-driven, spiritually mature, and strategic Executive Director.

Chester County Connect Care is a Christ-centered Pregnancy Medical Center serving individuals and families throughout Chester County, Pennsylvania. Through compassionate care, education, and support, CCCC empowers women and men facing pregnancy decisions to make life-affirming choices.

This is a unique opportunity for a leader who can bring together spiritual leadership, strategic vision, operational excellence, and a heart for people. As the chief executive and spiritual leader of CCCC, the Executive Director will lead the organization into its next season of impact—strengthening the team, cultivating relationships with donors, churches, and community partners, ensuring financial sustainability, and championing the ministry’s life-affirming mission throughout the community.

Qualifications Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Health Care Management, Communications, Marketing, Social Services, Ministry, or related field preferred).

  • Demonstrate moral integrity, discretion, and emotional maturity.
  • Exhibit humility, teachability, and willingness to receive direction from the Board.
  • Always maintain confidentiality.
  • Be dependable, self-motivated, and committed to long-term ministry leadership.
  • Be available for occasional evening and weekend ministry activities.
