Job summary

FaithCare seeks a visionary Director of Ministry & Development to serve as a primary ambassador, building relational networks with churches, donors, healthcare partners, and chapters across the United States. You will develop financial resources, expand ministry opportunities, and lead fundraising strategy with entrepreneurial energy, guided by FaithCare’s mission and faith commitments.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to Jesus Christ and FaithCare's mission.
• Proven ability to build authentic, long-term relationships.
• Fundraising and donor-development experience.
• Excellent public-speaking, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience with donors, churches, nonprofits, ministries, healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a relationship-based fundraising strategy.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors and prospective donors.
• Develop relationships with churches, corporations, foundations, and other philanthropic partners.
• Create individualized donor cultivation and stewardship plans.
• Coordinate appeals, campaigns, planned giving, donor visits, and visionary trips.
• Track development activity, opportunities, commitments, and results.
• Serve as a primary representative to churches throughout the United States.
• Speak in churches annually and build partnerships with pastors and church leaders.
• Promote FaithCare's clinics, hospitals, and medical mission programs.
• Recruit physicians, nurses, healthcare professionals, students, residents, missionaries, and volunteers.
• Support international medical initiatives and participate in international trips.
• Build financial, professional, volunteer, and community support.
• Develop donor, church, community, and small-group engagement opportunities.
• Establish annual goals with the COO and maintain records of relationships.
