Warwick Conference Center seeks an Executive Director to lead the organization’s mission, finances, and strategic direction from its Warwick, New York, campus. You will supervise staff, cultivate donors, and steward facilities, ensuring mission-aligned programs, hospitality, and conference services.

The role requires strong fundraising, financial oversight, and board collaboration to sustain growth and impact, while upholding the Center’s faith-based values.

Qualificações

• Practicing Christian in the Protestant tradition; leadership in nonprofit or faith-based settings preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Ministry, Public Administration, Recreation Management, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible leadership in nonprofit management, ministry, camping, conference center operations, hospitality, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in fundraising, donor cultivation, financial management, and organizational leadership.
• Experience supervising employees, developing teams, and managing organizational operations.
• Strong strategic planning, organizational development, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with major gifts, capital campaigns, and donor development; board governance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and uphold the Christian mission, vision, and values of WCC.
• Lead and implement the Board-approved Strategic Plan.
• Develop organizational goals and measurable performance indicators with the Board.
• Oversee fundraising strategy including annual giving, grants, and major gifts.
• Manage financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and internal controls.
• Provide leadership for conferences, hospitality, camp programs, and facilities.
