Job summary

Columbia Hospitality seeks a Senior Director of Facilities to lead multi-property residential assets. You will steer capital planning, safety, and asset longevity, while guiding the facilities team and aligning priorities with HOA and community standards.

You bring 12+ years in facilities leadership, strong financial and regulatory know-how, and proven ability to work with boards and executives to improve building performance and resident experience.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership in facilities, engineering, and asset management.
• Experience with capital planning, budgeting, and vendor contracts.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for capital projects, scope, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead annual and long-term facilities planning aligned with business goals.
• Develop maintenance programs, KPIs, and reporting across CH-R portfolio.
• Partner with General Managers and HOA boards to drive asset longevity.
