Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7–10 years in external affairs, communications, or nonprofit leadership.
• Proven ability to build relationships with civic, business, government, and philanthropic leaders.
• Strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an external affairs strategy to boost visibility, influence, and engagement.
• Lead communications, marketing, brand strategy, and external storytelling across channels.
• Oversee government, community affairs and partnerships to advance equity and impact.
• Direct signature events and align engagement with sponsorship and donor goals.
• Serve on the executive leadership team and align external initiatives with organizational priorities.
