Job summary

Labcorp seeks an Executive Director, Enterprise & Flagship Platform Services, to lead the strategy and roadmap for flagship platforms in Durham, NC. You will drive platform operations, AI safety standards, and enterprise architecture while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

You will oversee onboarding, risk governance, and modernization efforts, shaping a platform-centric culture and guiding a large engineering organization toward business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years leading multidisciplinary teams and budgets.
• Experience defining enterprise data/AI/cloud transformation in regulated environments.
• Proven track record modernizing enterprise platforms and aligning tech with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for flagship enterprise platforms with scalable, secure solutions.
• Lead platform operations, site reliability, capacity planning, and incident management.
• Establish AI quality and safety standards for models, prompts, and workflows.
• Define enterprise architecture and standards for modular, secure, cost-effective platforms.
• Drive onboarding capabilities with privacy, security, and data governance alignment.
• Evaluate AI/ML technologies and translate opportunities into roadmaps and modernization.
• Improve developer productivity and delivery through optimized processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Clinical, and Customer Success to align needs with platform priorities.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams with a platform-focused culture.
• Partner with Security, Legal, Finance, Privacy to manage risk and governance.
