Job summary

Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) seeks a senior leader to direct major functions within a department or business unit. You will manage two or more professional and support staff, including subordinate managers, with substantial budget discretion and responsibility for expenditures.

You will help develop strategies to improve and standardize operations, collaborating with department leaders to support the budget process, optimize workflows, and raise quality outcomes across delivery

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience
• Work Experience: 9 years progressive work experience and 4 years management experience

Responsibilities

• Directs one or more major functional areas of a department, a department, or a business unit.
• Manages two or more professional and support staff including subordinate managers.
• Leads in developing strategies and implementation plans to improve operations.
• Collaborates with department leadership to support budget processes and meet operational goals.
