Recordati Rare Diseases North America is seeking a Director of Enterprise Meetings and Congresses in New Jersey. The role drives strategic planning, governance, and execution of national congresses, customer-facing events, and internal meetings across Commercial, Medical, and support functions.

You will design scalable planning processes, manage multi-million-dollar investments, and partner with leaders to translate objectives into actionable plans and high-quality execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or CMP/CMM preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in pharma/biotech meetings & events.
• Experience leading national sales meetings, leadership meetings, and medical congress participation.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal stewardship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise meeting and congress strategy, governance, and operations.
• Oversee portfolio management, investments, and cost forecasting for meetings.
• Provide on-site leadership and issue resolution during critical meetings and congresses.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical, Compliance, Finance, and Procurement to ensure alignment.
