Job summary

Intellia Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Meetings & Congresses to lead the strategy and operations of the company's Commercial meetings portfolio. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Finance, and Legal to translate business objectives into integrated meeting strategies and ensure compliant, high-impact experiences.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, executive communication, and ability to manage complex, high-visibility events in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience.
• Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or similar certification preferred.
• Commercial event planning experience, including coordination of cross-functional partners and management of external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, and operational oversight of the Commercial meetings and congress portfolio.
• Develop and maintain annual and long-range meeting and congress plans aligned with priorities.
• Partner with Commercial and Medical stakeholders to develop integrated cross-functional strategies for priority congresses.
• Lead end-to-end operational planning for national, regional, and local congresses including exhibits, sponsorships, rooms, hospitality and attendee management.
• Oversee registration, housing, travel-related processes, attendee communications, schedules, and onsite requirements.
• Establish planning standards and best practices across sponsored meetings and ensure onsite leadership and risk management.
