• Executive-level growth leader with a track record of creating and converting large enterprise opportunities.
• Credible in complex matrix environments, able to work across consulting, technology, agency, platform, media, and client leadership groups.
• Commercially sharp, consultative and comfortable moving from strategy to pursuit execution.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to simplify complex transformation topics for senior client and internal audiences.

Responsibilities

• Originate enterprise growth opportunities across existing relationships and direct demand.
• Lead senior client and internal engagement with GCLs, agency leaders, and senior stakeholders.
• Qualify and prioritize live opportunities, assessing need, relevance, revenue potential and urgency.
• Shape complex transformation propositions spanning CRM, commerce, CX, data, AI, platforms and operating model transformation.
• Drive pursuit strategy including problem framing, stakeholder mapping, and commercial logic.
• Mobilize the right ES activation team with cross-functional experts as needed.
• Create executive visibility and leadership readouts on priority opportunities and next steps.
• Build the growth model to position WPP Enterprise Solutions as a credible transformation partner.
• Coach and raise the standard by setting a high bar for opportunity quality and readiness.
