Qualifications

• Ten years or more of relevant industry experience, including senior program leadership for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale programs across multiple organizations and technology teams.
• Proven data lineage program delivery across multiple teams with integrated roadmaps.
• Ability to establish governance, decision-making, escalation, and execution cadence in a matrixed environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize and run a firmwide governance model with steering forums and escalation paths.
• Align delivery approach and criteria to enable consistent outcomes.
• Clarify scope and engagement model with related initiatives.
• Translate outcomes into an integrated roadmap with milestones and ownership.
• Consolidate plans into a single integrated view and manage critical path and decisions.
• Standardize planning and reporting to improve transparency and reduce manual effort.
• Own program controls, risk, actions, and escalation preparation.
• Establish measurable success metrics and consolidated progress and risk reporting.
• Ensure auditability, traceability, and evidence where applicable.
• Partner with data, technology, and control teams to prioritize and transition to production.
• Lead design workshops influencing stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
