Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Managing Director of Enterprise Data and Integration to lead data architecture, analytics infrastructure, and integration efforts from Wilmington, DE. This executive role drives a modern data platform, governance, and API standards across the enterprise.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, align the data roadmap with corporate growth, and manage CapEx/OpEx for data platforms in a hybrid work setting. Competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 12 years of progressive information technology experience required.
• 5 years in a senior leadership role within a mid-to-large organization preferred.
• Proven experience implementing large-scale cloud data platforms and data governance programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct strategy, design, and operations of cloud data lakes and warehousing.
• Lead implementation of CDP for unified customer views and real-time journeys.
• Partner with business units to deliver BI, reporting, and predictive analytics.
• Spearhead real-time application integrations with event-driven pub-sub model.
• Establish enterprise API standards and integration frameworks.
• Define and execute MDM strategy and data governance policies.
• Define processes to gather demands, track backlog, and roadmap.
• Mentor and scale a multi-disciplinary data team; manage budgets.
