Job summary

Revance seeks a hands-on, strategic leader to own the ongoing support, enhancement, and roadmap for our core enterprise application portfolio. Reporting to the CTO, the Executive Director will drive health, scalability, and continuous improvement of ERP, CRM, Salesforce clouds, Five9, and related platforms.

Hybrid role with locations including Nashville, Dallas, LA, SF, or Johnson City. Salary range $225k–$250k plus bonus and equity, with a track record of building scalable IT capabilities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with enterprise applications.
• 6+ years leading enterprise application teams in a commercial setting.
• Experience with ERP/CRM platforms and cloud CRM suites.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end support, administration, and development of the enterprise app portfolio.
• Lead and grow a team of analysts, architects, and project managers; set standards for design and delivery.
• Coordinate with third-party partners; manage SOWs, delivery quality, and vendor performance.
