Qualifications

• 17+ years in IT service delivery or digital workplace leadership.
• Strong ITIL framework expertise and ServiceNow modernization experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Employee Technology & Digital Workplace strategy, roadmaps, and operating model.
• Lead Service Desk, ITSM (ServiceNow), onboarding/offboarding lifecycle tech, and digital workplace engineering.
• Drive metrics on CSAT, first-contact resolution, deflection, and MTTR; prioritize improvements.
