Qualifications

• 17+ years of IT service delivery and end-user computing leadership.
• Proven ability to redesign lifecycle technology into automated workflows.
• Strong vendor governance and financial acumen for cost-to-serve.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and roadmap for Employee Technology & Digital Workplace.
• Own end-to-end Service Desk, ITSM, onboarding/offboarding tech.
• Lead digital workplace engineering, endpoint experience, and M365 delivery.
• Establish experience metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and platform governance.
