Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates seeks an Executive Director for Emergency Services & Nursing Operations. You will lead the operations of Emergency Services and Nursing Operations across hospital, outpatient, and clinical environments.

The role requires MSN or related Master's, 5+ years of senior management in healthcare settings, an active RN license, and a valid driver's license plus potential certifications. Iowa licensure is required or compact license accepted.

Qualifications

MSN or other healthcare/business-related Master's degree – REQUIRED.
5+ years of progressively responsible management experience in a hospital, outpatient, or clinical environment – REQUIRED.
Current Registered Nurse license – REQUIRED.
Professional specialty certification – Preferred.
Valid driver's license when driving for work-related purposes – REQUIRED.
Iowa RN License Required.
Compact License Accepted.

Responsibilities

Lead the overall operations of Emergency Services and Nursing Operations.
Oversee care delivery, quality and safety outcomes, employee engagement, patient experience, regulatory compliance, and fiscal management.
Develop and implement processes and programs that improve patient care and support organizational growth.
Collaborate with physicians, service lines, rural providers, and community leaders to maximize care coordination.
Foster a culture of trust, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
