Job summary

Green Key Resources LLC is seeking a Director of Nursing – Emergency Services in Los Angeles to lead the ED nursing team in a fast-paced acute-care hospital. You will ensure top-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective performance improvement.

This role requires RN licensure, a BSN (or current enrollment), BLS/ACLS/PALS, and 2+ years of supervisory experience in acute care. You will collaborate with physicians, staff, and administration and be accountable for 24-hour ED

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BSN or enrollment in BSN within one year.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• CEN certification preferred.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience in a clinical setting.
• Minimum of three years of continuous clinical experience in acute care settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee emergency nursing functions and ensure quality patient care.
• Lead ED team in fast-paced acute-care setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and administration to meet patient needs.
• Provide triage and treatment for patients of all ages seeking emergency care.
