Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent in healthcare management required.
• 7+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree required
• Master's Degree preferred for this leadership role
• 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred in a related field
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality initiatives

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with medical staff and leadership to improve care coordination and patient experience.
• Monitor department metrics and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure readiness for regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Direct emergency preparedness and disaster response planning.
• Lead staff development, scheduling, and performance evaluation processes.
