Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited institution.

• Experience supervising district-level supervisors or directors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate Directors of Elementary Schools.
• Lead division-wide school improvement planning processes across the elementary division.
• Analyze division-level and school-level data to set priorities and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with curriculum coordinators, ESE leadership, multilingual learner leadership, and district offices to align support.
