Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an execution sales specialist within the Equity Derivative Sales team on a fast-paced trading floor. You will drive client adoption of electronic options execution capabilities and deepen relationships with institutional and hedge fund clients.

Collaborating with Trading, Strats/Quant, Product, Research, and Coverage, you will shape the direction of the electronic options offering and coordinate cross-functionally to optimize client experience and risk management.

Qualifications

• Significant front-office markets experience (typically 8–12+ years) with success in equity derivatives and/or electronic execution sales.
• Strong command of options and volatility fundamentals and market language.
• Proven ability to drive client engagement and deliver consultative execution solutions.
• Deep knowledge of market structure and electronic execution workflows; can explain microstructure dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with institutional and hedge fund clients across electronic options.
• Support client requests and coordinate with trading/product to execute options/volatility flow.
• Pitch ideas and updates to algo offerings, and tailor market color to client objectives.
• Partner with Product and internal teams to align execution workflows with client needs.
