Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Director of eDiscovery to lead a government-focused electronic discovery team. The role covers project management, ESI intake, data analysis, early case assessment, and document production while coordinating with vendors and legal teams.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in litigation support/eDiscovery, experience with Relativity and other platforms, and eligibility for a Public Trust clearance. This is a full-time on-site leadership position.

Qualifications

• An understanding of the litigation lifecycle and electronic discovery/document review processes.
• 7+ years of experience in a litigation support, electronic discovery and/or technology support environment.
• Experience with Relativity, Nuix, Concordance, IPRO and other eDiscovery platforms.
• Experience performing Administrator and Case Manager functions in Relativity.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead an electronic discovery team on government projects and provide project management.
• Oversee ESI intake, data analysis, early case assessment, and document production.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and coordinate with legal teams.
• Provide end-user support and training for Litigation Support applications.
• Maintain knowledge of the discovery industry best practices and regulations.
