Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Executive Director for Early Phase/ClinPharm with Preferred PI/Sub-I experience and a proven track record in client engagement. Responsibilities

• Operates as a subject matter expert in one or more indications.
• Supports talent identification, hiring, development and management of key medical staff needed to meet the BU's strategic needs.
• Serves as Medical Lead in governance activities at asset or portfolio level with senior medical personnel and strategic planning.
• Leads interdivisional activities in support of corporate objectives and business development opportunities.
• Provides medical oversight of assigned studies and acts as primary medical contact for customers; supports training and protocol development.
• Maintains knowledge of FDA and worldwide drug development regulations and ICH GCP guidelines.
