Responsibilities

• Originate, lead, and execute complex M&A, capital markets, and financing transactions for corporate and institutional clients.
• Act as senior client-facing lead, developing and maintaining long-term relationships and offering strategic advisory.
• Oversee preparation of pitches, analyses, memos, and client presentations with high-quality outputs.
• Lead and supervise valuation work: DCF, comps, LBOs, and other analyses in deal contexts.
• Manage and mentor Associates and Analysts to ensure effective execution.
• Drive business development, identifying new client opportunities and expanding relationships.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and product specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in recruiting and talent development efforts for the group.
• Ensure rigorous risk management and regulatory compliance.
