Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent; 15 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in senior management or executive leadership.
• Experience with intellectual and developmental disability issues, services, systems, and advocacy.
• Experience with public policy, legislative processes, government relations, and state/federal agencies.
• Experience working with a governing board and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, leadership, and direction to advance FDDC’s Five-Year State Plan.
• Oversee strategic planning, governance, policy, programs, and financial stewardship.
