Job summary

University Health is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to lead the clinical direction and administration of all dialysis programs within the health system, including renal clinics, inpatient, outpatient hemodialysis, home dialysis, and jail dialysis services.

You will collaborate with Medical Directors to plan growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive efficiency across multiple sites, while mentoring staff and managing budgets and policies.

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a clinical nurse supervisor or director in dialysis services.
• Leadership experience in multi-system dialysis operations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical dialysis services across multiple sites to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; oversee staff development and recruitment.
• Manage operational and capital budgets; ensure efficient use of resources.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Act as liaison between University Health and the community for dialysis services.
