Job summary

University Health is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to lead the clinical and administrative direction of all dialysis operations within our health system. This includes renal clinics, inpatient and outpatient dialysis programs, home dialysis modalities, and jail dialysis services.

The role collaborates with Medical Directors to plan growth and ensure high-quality patient care. The Executive Director will oversee staff development, budgets, policy creation, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• RN license in Texas in good standing.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or Instructor card required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct dialysis services across multiple sites to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; drive staff development and recruitment.
• Manage operational and capital budgets to align with organizational goals.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent University Health in community and professional forums to promote dialysis services.
