Job summary

University Health seeks an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to oversee the administration and clinical direction of all dialysis programs across the health system. The role includes renal clinics, inpatient and outpatient sites, home dialysis, and jail dialysis services.

Leading with medical directors, you will drive growth, improve efficiency, and ensure patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or Instructor card required.
• 3+ years as a dialysis clinical nurse supervisor or director preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical dialysis services across multiple sites to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; lead staff development and recruitment.
• Manage budgets and plans to meet operational goals and optimize resources.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent dialysis services in community and professional forums.
