Job summary

University Health seeks an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to oversee clinical direction across dialysis operations, including renal clinics and inpatient/outpatient services. Work with Medical Directors to grow and improve efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.

The role requires leadership of multi-site dialysis programs, supervision of staff, and budget management, with relocation assistance provided for new hires.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Nursing required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years as a nurse supervisor/director in dialysis; multi-system leadership preferred.
• Certifications: Texas RN license; BLS (AHA) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical dialysis sites to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; lead staff development and recruitment.
• Manage operational and capital budgets to meet organizational goals.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies for compliance.
• Act as liaison with community and represent dialysis services externally.
