The University of Nevada, Reno seeks an Executive Director of Development to advance philanthropic priorities through strategic leadership and frontline fundraising excellence. You will lead a high-performance team, align strategy across colleges, and drive campaign success with donors and partners.

As a senior leader, you will balance executive oversight with personal fundraising performance, manage major gifts, and collaborate with Deans and University Advancement leadership to achieve

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree and six years of related professional work experience or
• Master’s Degree and four years of related professional work experience
• Progressively responsible experience in development, prospect management, research, planning and data management, including one year of supervisory experience

Responsabilidades

• Lead a large team of fundraisers and set strategic direction for advancement
• Manage a select portfolio of major and principal gift prospects
• Oversee fundraising strategy, campaign execution and operations alignment
• Provide coaching and talent development to staff and leaders
