Job summary

Omnicom Media is seeking a senior leader for the Data Management team to guide BI tools, data governance, and automation initiatives across US offices. The Executive Director will partner with the SVP and cross-functional teams to drive scalable data solutions for campaign analytics.

The role emphasizes establishing standards, improving data quality, and driving efficient processes with strong stakeholder collaboration and growth of the Data Management practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in data management and analytics.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in advertising agency.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in digital media data.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in an agile development environment.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in management role.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in client facing work.
• Experience managing offshore teams is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes departmental data standards and governance across accounts.
• Leads cross-functional data projects and BI initiatives for client needs.
• Drafts SOWs and SLAs during contract negotiations and renewals.
• Staffs and manages resources across multiple campaigns and clients.
• Oversees data quality, integrity, and validation of campaign data.
• Collaborates to standardize taxonomy and workflow across teams.
