Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in cybersecurity, information security, risk management, IT audit, or related discipline.
• Experience implementing and leading enterprise security, governance, and risk management frameworks in cloud/hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of information security governance, cyber risk management, security architecture, incident response, third-party risk, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA and related privacy regulations.
• Experience leading enterprise audits, regulatory assessments, and governance reporting for executives and Boards.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP (preferred); CISM, CISA, CRISC or equivalents are assets.
• A collaborative leader with sound judgment, strategic thinking, accountability, and a commitment to protecting the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy and governance aligned with business goals.
• Manage enterprise cyber risk program across the organization.
• Establish and continuously improve information security program to safeguard systems and data.
• Communicate cybersecurity risks and governance to executives and Board.
• Oversee IT security, compliance, and governance programs with strong controls.
• Develop and enforce information security policies and standards.
• Lead security architecture and cloud security initiatives.
• Direct incident response activities with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee third-party risk management and vendor security requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and regulatory examinations.
