Job summary

Executive Director, CSRO is a senior-level, full-time leadership role based in Milwaukee, WI, reporting to the EDI Consulting Partner. The position leads CSRO activities, ensures strategic alignment with the Board, and oversees governance, legal, financial, and communications functions for the coalition.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and proven association management exposure, with strong written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional experience in a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Association Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the grant/fundraising development for CSRO.
• Oversee implementation of strategic goals as directed by Board president.
• Oversee legal responsibilities of the organization (taxes, bylaws, contracts, etc.).
• Oversee financial activities, including payment of invoices, budget preparation, monthly financial records, annual audit, etc.
