• The ideal candidate will possess highly effective management, fundraising, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• History of collaborating effectively with internal teams and external institutions while engaging diverse stakeholders (funders, community partners, professional organizations).
• Experience leading staff and volunteers and developing fundraising strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow philanthropic support by cultivating relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and foundations.
• Lead high-impact fundraising campaigns and events that advance CSC Massachusetts' mission and revenue goals.
• Build, solicit, and steward a diversified portfolio of donors and partners to secure annual, major, planned, and transformational gifts.
• Develop and execute donor stewardship and moves management strategies to deepen relationships and long-term investment.
• Collaborate with CSC Headquarters to leverage national fundraising resources and align local efforts with brand standards.
• Oversee the business operations, staff, and volunteers to ensure high-quality program delivery and organizational sustainability.
