Northwest Bank is seeking an Executive Director of Credit Risk Review in Columbus, OH to lead the annual risk-based internal credit review plan and oversee a tenured team delivering independent assurance of credit governance, risk management, and controls.

This role partners with senior management, reviews loan portfolios, drives data analytics, and mentors staff to strengthen credit quality and regulatory compliance across the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field.
• Strong background in credit risk, lending, and internal risk review.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities with a strategic mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of annual risk-based internal credit review plan and scope.
• Supervise a team of seasoned professionals and foster a high-performance culture.
• Manage review schedule, resources, and quality of workpapers for credit reviews.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and risk committees.
• Coordinate outsourced/co-sourced reviews and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Provide ongoing reports and status updates to the Chief Credit Officer.
