Community for Hope in Oshkosh, WI seeks an Executive Director to lead strategic work and grow impact in suicide prevention and mental health services. You will partner with the Board and volunteers to advance programming, fundraise, and strengthen community collaborations.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, program oversight, and relationship-building across healthcare,教育, public health, and law enforcement to serve survivors and communities in need.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, public health, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Experience in suicide prevention, mental health, social services, or nonprofit leadership.
• Familiarity with fundraising, grant writing, or grant administration.
• Comfort with technology used in nonprofit operations and virtual meetings.
• Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead CFH as chief staff leader with the Board to turn strategy into action.
• Drive suicide prevention and mental health programming with community partners.
• Oversee education and training efforts, including QPR and programs delivered to schools, businesses, and groups.
• Support grief and postvention services for survivors of suicide loss.
• Manage fundraising and grants, including partnering with a fractional fundraiser.
• Recruit, train, and lead volunteers to support outreach and trainings.
• Oversee budgeting, financial oversight, and Board reporting.
• Build and sustain partnerships across healthcare, law enforcement, schools, and public health.
